- How do I recalibrate a home button on an iPad?
- Launch iTunes on your device.
- Press and hold the power button until you see the 'slide to power off', then release the button.
- Press and hold the home button until the 'slide to power off' prompt disappears and the app force quits.
- I want to watch a video, but it won't play.
- Try updating your adobe flash player to the latest version.
- To check to see if yours is updated, visit Adobe.
- Follow the instructions after you click install!
- Tales2Go keeps crashing when my students use it, how do I fix this?
- Try logging the student out and logging them back in.
- One of the iPads won't charge in it's spot in the cart, is it broken?
- Most likely, no! Some of the cords on the carts don't connect to the iPads after awhile. Try a different cord.
- I can't find an app on my iPad, how can I locate it?
- On your screen, drag your finger in a downward motion.
- This will bring down the search bar.
- Search for the app you're looking for and if it is on your iPad, it will appear.
